By using Tropical Island Travel's services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or use our services.
All reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Prices are expressed in USD unless otherwise stated. Tropical Island Travel may change prices without prior notice for unconfirmed reservations.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: no refund. In cases of force majeure (severe weather, official closures), the service will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Tropical Island Travel operates as a coordinating agency and contracts tour operators certified by the Ministry of Tourism. We are not responsible for damages caused by third parties, weather conditions, or causes beyond our direct control.
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always the one published on this site. We will notify customers with active bookings of any substantial changes by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Santo Domingo.
